This is a reminder that your introductory price for Monthly Box with Hilltop Coffee Club is ending, and you will start paying the full price.

Unless you take steps to end your subscription, you will have to pay £25.00 on 4 July 2027.

This payment is £12.50 more than your previous payment.

After that, unless you end your subscription, you will pay £25.00 every month.

Since 5 April 2027 you have paid £37.50 in 3 payments.

Your payments after that, of £25.00 each, are £12.50 more than the highest payment you made since 5 April 2027.

If you do not end your subscription before 4 July 2027, the least you will have to pay is £25.00.

Your next payment after that is due on 3 August 2027.

Dear Sam,

Your Monthly Box subscription with Hilltop Coffee Club has renewed and is continuing.

You have a right to cancel it during a cooling-off period, without penalty and without giving a reason. The cooling-off period began on 20 June 2027 and ends at the end of the day on 4 July 2027.

How to cancel: use this page https://fairrenew.co.uk/c/hilltop-coffee or send a clear statement that you want to cancel to hello@hilltopcoffee.example.

You will not lose this right to cancel during the cooling-off period.

If you cancel during the cooling-off period, we will refund the renewal payment within 14 days, to the payment method you used. If goods have already been sent to you, see below about returning them; for returned goods the 14 days run from when we get them back or you show us you have sent them.

If you cancel in a cooling-off period, you can return unopened bags by post at our cost; opened bags do not need to be returned.

Thank you for subscribing to Monthly Box with Hilltop Coffee Club. Your contract started on 20 June 2027. Please keep this email: it is your copy of the contract information.

Key points: you will pay £25.00 every month until you end the subscription.

Your first payment is on 20 June 2027.

Your right to cancel (cooling-off): you can cancel within the cooling-off period, which ends 14 days after the day you receive your first delivery (all of the goods in it), without giving a reason. If you cancel in this period we will refund you within 14 days (for goods you return, from when we get them back or you show us you have sent them).

We will send you reminders between 14 and 7 days before each payment we are required to remind you about (and, for plans that renew yearly or less often, an extra early reminder between 45 and 30 days before renewal).

FULL TERMS

Hilltop Coffee Club: subscription terms.

1. We roast and post your coffee on the billing date each month (or year, for annual plans).
2. You pay the price shown at sign-up, by card, on each billing date until you cancel.
3. You can cancel at any time on our cancel page or by emailing hello@hilltopcoffee.example. Cancelling stops future payments; your current period runs to its end.
